Takom 1:35; pe parts included
The three-year 60-caliber 15.5cm triple gun was the first triple ship-mounted gun developed by the Japanese Navy, and was initially developed as the main gun for the Mogami-class light cruiser. This gun, which is considered a masterpiece for its high shooting accuracy and excellent operability, was reused only for the barrel due to the replacement of the main gun of the Mogami-class heavy cruiser, and was diverted to the secondary gun of the Yamato-class battleship. At the time of completion, the Yamato-class battleship was equipped with a total of four units and 12 gates -- one behind the second main turret, one behind the third main turret, and on both sides (decreased to six in later refurbishments). It was possible to point nine of these guns to the same side.
This kit can be built as either the first or fourth secondary turret; it comes with a base for display, as well as photo-etched parts and decals for one version.
