Iveco was founded in 1975 with a participation of five well-established companies from three countries: Italy, France and Germany. One of their most popular models is the Stralis XP tractor, with its reliable mechanism, safety-conscious braking system, driver-friendly habitability, excellent fuel efficiency and high environmental performance. This kit from Italeri reproduces Iveco's Stralis Hi-Way 480 E5, in the cab-over-cabin style with a low roof. The stylish design of the cabin is accurately reproduced, and it can be opened and closed after completion; the diesel engine is fully reproduced as well. The underlying mechanism of the front and rear suspension and coupler parts are also modeled in high detail. The structure and layout of the frame are reproduced just like the real thing, too. The interior has been carefully recreated with dashboard, seats and door liners. This tractor can be combined with various trailers by Italeri.
